Buying a house is stressful, but Ryan made it fun. He is so sweet and charming. I actually miss him now that my house has closed. Ryan helped me stage my condo so it looked beautiful and even helped me move some of my boxes to the garage. We worked together to narrow down the list of potential houses based on my preferred area, budget, and the features I had to have. He drove me to all of the places that I was interested in and I really came to like and respect him. Ryan always returns emails, texts, and phone calls promptly, no matter what time of day or night. He also helped me set up the inspections for the house, which required five additional specialty inspections because of its age. Ryan also accompanied me to all of the inspections and even filled in for me on a couple when I was unable to go. I trust his opinion enough to have him step in for me. Ryan also went to bat for me when the seller's agent was being unreasonable in negotiations. In the end, we succeeded because our position was fair, but it was helpful to have a knowledgeable professional as my advocate. I was in the process of relocating from Georgia to San Diego. I was not going to be able to have the benefit of actually seeing any properties in person. It was also a concern of mine that it would be too difficult to find someone to work with that could be flexible with time for calls given the difference in time zones. A few local acquaintances recommended 3 different agents. Ryan was the only one who responded to my request in a timely fashion. He made himself available for calls, was prompt in email communications, and asked lots of questions to ensure he understood what I was looking for. Ryan is amazing. I approached him with my idea to sell my condo to capitalize on the current market conditions, including lack of inventory, and recent sale prices in the area. Within hours he put together a comprehensive presentation, including recent history, the area highlights, market predictions, and suggested listing price ranges. It confirmed my thoughts, and so signed the listing agreement. He then proceeded to engaged his team of professionals, including photography, interior staging, and handymen. My place was on the MLS within the week and sold with multiple offers within 3 days. Ryan handled everything including strategic negotiations and got me a price that was well above my asking.
